Get ready to hear some joyous jazz - humorous, adventure-some and
often irreverent. This band swings hard, but treats ballads with sensitivity, exhibiting both musical
discipline and freedom. The "Trolley" mixes
great versatility and .ne musicianship with wonderful creativity. The result: A TRULY UNIQUE SOUND!
Louis
Armstrong once said, "Ain't no work - them old ones - they play themselves. Certainly, the Trolley
adheres to that philosophy. Our approach, however, is not to copy antiquity but to capture that prevalent
spirit past and present. Our joy is to present “them oldies” with
new perspective and arrangements, while at the same time adding new repertoire that captures our jazz
heritage. ENJOY!
