Play Image 1 - click for larger viewDon’t miss this season of Mystery at Waterloo, a delightful dinner theatre experience. Murder at Waterloo, an original Colonial Murder Mystery, will be staged at the Third Annual Murder Mystery Dinner Series presented by the Waterloo Foundation for the Arts and performed by the Centenary Performing Arts Guild. The dinner-theatre presentation will be offered on Saturdays through March, with the first performance on
February 9.

In an original mystery, written by Judy Sheehan, co-author of "Tony and Tina's Wedding" and other award-winning plays, the author plots the new mystery play with a new cast of characters drawn from actual historical characters of northwest New Jersey.

Play Image 2 - click for larger viewDinner will be prepared by Waterloo's new Executive Chef, Oliver Filly, former owner of 89 Main Street, Peapack. Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 6 pm followed by a 7 PM first course when drama begins. Dinner and "Murder at Waterloo" continue! Cost: $65 (tax/gratuities not included)

Sheehan was the featured playwright in 1998 at the professional Centenary Stage Company's Women Playwright's Project. That same year, she was the writer-in-residence at New York's Looking Glass Theatre. Sheehan's new comic spoof, "What to Do About Nothing" will be featured in the 2002 CSC Women Playwrights Series in April. Sheehan's play "Women in Hats" was recently hailed as "irresistible" by he Daily News.
