Centenary Stage Company Box Office & Ticket Policies
ATTENTION!
Update Regarding Ticket Policies 

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and in compliance with CDC and State recommendations and guidelines  Centenary Stage Company will continue the following ticketing policies for the 2021/22 Season of events:

​

  • Contact-less Ticketing.  In an effort to limit the contact between staff, volunteers and patrons CSC has moved to a contact-less​ ticketing system.  This system includes the following:

    • The elimination of "will-call".  Tickets purchased will no longer be eligible to be held at "will call" for pick up on the day of the performance.​

    • In lieu of a "will call" all on-line & over-the-phone ticket orders will allow patrons the option to either a) have their purchased tickets mailed at the $1.50 mailing fee or b) receive an e-mail ticket which would require patrons to print their digital ticket at home and bring that print out of the digital ticket to the event they are attending.​

      • There is no additional fee associated with the electronic ticket.​​​​​

      • The CSC box office will continue to open (2) hours prior to every performance and be available for in person sales and ticketing assistance.
         

  • Socially Distant Seating.  In light of the recent announcement by the State of New Jersey regarding social distancing CSC will implement reduced social distancing from 6' to 3'.  Additionally, CSC has opened the balcony for all events held in the Sitnik Theatre.​

    • Seats are arranged in pairs of (2) throughout the house with a minimum of 3' between all pairs.

      • ADA compliant seats are available and we highly recommend that patrons with special seating requirements contact the CSC box office directly.​

  • On-line Ticket Purchase.  Due to the new socially distanced seating map CSC's on-line ticketing system will not allow for more than (2) tickets to be purchased at a time on-line.

    • Patrons purchasing tickets for a family or larger group that does not require social distancing from each other are required to call the CSC box office to arrange those seating requirements.

Ticket holders for any event from the 2019/20 season that has been cancelled or rescheduled have the following options:

​

  1. EXCHANGE: Patrons may elect to have their tickets exchanged to a rescheduled performance or future CSC event. NO EXCHANGE FEE will be applied.

  2. CREDIT: Patrons may elect to have the dollar amount of their ticket purchase credited to their account to be used toward a future performance or production of their choice.

  3. DONATE: Patrons may consider using their ticket purchase as a tax-deductible donation.  As Performing Arts Organizations across the country close their doors, now more than ever, the arts are in of your support.

  4. REFUND: Of course, we understand the challenging circumstances many of our patrons may be facing and in the event none of the above methods are a viable option will provide a refund option to patrons with tickets to the affected events ONLY.

  • All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS.
  • Centenary Stage Company accepts Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, check and cash payments only.
    • Discover and American Express cards are not accepted.​
  • Ticket exchanges are available for Centenary Stage Company events only.
    • A $5.00 exchange fee will be​ applied to any exchanged order.​
  • Buy One / Get One rush ticket special terms & conditions.
    • BOGO offer ONLY valid for Professional Theatre Series events on Thursday evening performances.
    • Offer only valid for in person sales at the box office beginning at 5:30pm.
    • Not available for advance ticket sales, on-line or by phone.
  • A 'Convenience Fee' of $1.00 per ticket is applied to all on-line orders.
    • The 'Convenience Fee' is a flat fee applied to your order to cover the cost of our box office and maintaining a web site that offers you the convenience to purchase tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • The 'Convenience Fee' is applied to all ticket purchases on-line.
    • ​Tickets purchased in person at the CSC box office is not subject to the 'Convenience Fee'.
  • A 'Service Fee' of $3.50 per order is applied to all over-the-phone orders.
  • Day of $5.00 surcharge.
    • For all jazz, concert and special events ticket prices increase $5.00 on the day of the performance.
  • Payment is required to reserve tickets.
    • Tickets cannot be reserved or held without payment​.
    • Over - the - phone ticket orders require payment with Mastercard or Visa.
    • Online ticket orders require payment with Mastercard and Visa credit cards or PayPal payments.
    • In person ticket orders require payment with either the accepted credit cards, check or cash payment.
  • Optional 'Mailing Fee'.
    • Patrons who order tickets in advance may elect to have purchased tickets mailed to them for an additional fee.
    • For all mailed ticket orders there is a $1.50 mailing fee applied to the order.​
  • Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to CSC main stage events.​​
  • Children under the age of 3 are not permitted to any CSC Young Audience Series event.​
  • Friday Preview Hackettstown Resident Rush Tickets.
    • Must present valid ID with Hackettstown​ address.
    • Offer only valid for Friday preview matinee performance of select Professional Theatre Series events. Please check event listing.
    • Offer may only be redeemed in person at the CSC box office.
    • Not available for advance ticket sales, on-line or by phone.
  • Other special offers, discounts & promotional offers:
    • Unless​ otherwise indicated all CSC special offers, discounts & promotions follow the Buy One / Get One rush ticket special policy. See above.
    • Special offers, discounts & promotions available for advance ticket sales will be noted & require promotional coupon to redeem.
    • Additional fees & service charges may apply to all special offers, discounts & promotions.
    • CSC reserves the right to cancel, amend or refuse any and all promotional offers at anytime
  • Discounted Tickets.
    • Discounted tickets including senior, student and others are available on an event by event basis. Check specific event page for pricing info.
    • Additionally, CSC will partner with the Theater Developement Fund (TDF), NJartstix and Discover Jersey Arts, please check with those providers for additional discounted tickets.
