Frustrated by the lack of female faces in the White House, Grace decides she wants to be president and inspires a school election.

One epic. Two brothers. What could go wrong?
Avery and Bunce Lovejoy are brothers who share a dilapidated home. They are obsessed with A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens’ classic story of love and loneliness, rags and riches, revenge and sacrifice set in the turmoil of the French Revolution. They reenact the novel, playing all the characters themselves and putting their own stamp on the dissolute Sidney Carton, the bitter Madame DeFarge, the guileless Lucy, the earnest Darnay and sundry others.

When young Lewis Diaz accidentally resurrects the soul of a brutally slain girl named Alice, he unwittingly unleashes a literal hell on Earth. Now, with every imaginable kind of demon, monster, and killer ravaging his small town, it's up to Lewis and his newly undead companion to protect his classmates -- including longtime crush Margaret -- from becoming freshly slaughtered carcasses. With the help of Alice's trash-talking demonic teddy bear, Lewis races to find a way to close the rift before the devil himself shows up and totally ruins their senior prom.

YPW is under the direction of Broadway, film and television veteran Michael Blevins, and students study technique in acting, voice, and dance with a staff of theatre professionals in a five-week summer session. YPW also offers a fall and spring session, conducted each Saturday throughout the academic year, which culminates in a festival of shows performed for regional audiences.

The New Jersey Civic Youth Ballet is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing dance as an art form through education and professional performances while fostering individual growth and arts awareness. The Nutcracker has been a staple for NJCYB and the community for twenty years and NJCYB is thrilled to bring it back to the stage after cancelling our season in 2020 due to Covid-19.

Brooklyn-girl, but a nomad at heart, Dahlia Dumont traveled the world from an early age, always absorbing the cultural and musical influences in her path. Her Eastern European heritage and her years as an anthropology student and teacher in France and Senegal shaped her musical palette, and in 2012 she created her project The Blue Dahlia.

Corky and Norm are excited to host Gerald and Laura at their home in the valley outside Los Angeles to watch a once-in-a-lifetime meteor shower. But as the stars come out and the conversation gets rolling, it becomes clear that Gerald and Laura might not be all that they appear to be. Over the course of a crazy, starlit dinner party, the wildly unexpected occurs. Martin, using his trademark absurdist humor, bends the fluid nature of time and reality to create a surprising and unforgettably funny new play.

Egan plays the Irish flute, tenor banjo, guitar, mandolin and tin whistle, among other instruments. “From his beginnings as a teen prodigy, to his founding of the Irish-American powerhouse band Solas, to his current project touring with friends and musical guests, Egan has helped define the sound of Irish music today,” Methow Arts said in a press release. As a composer, he was behind the soundtrack for the award-winning film “Brothers McMullen” and co-wrote Sarah McLachlan’s breakout hit, “Weep Not for the Memories.”
